We developed the conceptual and detailed design for the interior and exterior of a modern single-story house intended for sale. The design inspiration stems from the goal of achieving minimalism and a sense of unencumbered space through thoughtful design solutions, while emphasizing natural materials, which are the backbone of the concept.

The spatial relationships and connections in certain materials, along with the clear definition of lines appearing in both the interior and exterior, aim to aesthetically unify various architectural elements to achieve balance. A subtle interplay of robust materials and wooden combinations, building on a stone-based foundation, breaks monotony with occasional unexpected shapes and colors, serving as some of the project’s key conceptual features.
